In my own words
I’m an educator at heart.
I believe in good questions, changing your mind when new evidence asks you to, humor, small wins, and knowing the people you lead.
For more than twenty years, I’ve worked at the intersections: science and the arts, rigor and access, K–12 and higher education, strategy and the daily human experience of school.
The throughline is curiosity. My work is to protect it, invite it, and make sure every learner gets to experience the power of discovering what they can do.
